How to Make Vegetarian Burgers || Meatless Burger || Veggie Burger Recipes || Vegetarian Patties Burger

The Aloo tikki burger is one of the most common burgers around. Here the boiled potatoes are lightly seasoned with spices and coated with crispy bread crumbs to make the patty of the burger.The aloo tikki along with soft Cheesy burger buns taste absolutely amazing so, watch how to make this popular fast food recipe that is everybody’s all time favorite fast food.

Ingredients:


1 Burger Bun

1tbsp Butter

Slice of 1 Tomato

Sliced 1 Onion

Chopped 1 Onion

Crushed Black Pepper corns

Cheesy spread(Oregano mixed)

Lettuce Leaves

Tomato Ketchup

potato chips

2 medium size Potatoes(Boiled and grated)

1 Green Chilli(Chopped)

1tsp Dry Roasted Masala(Cumin, Dry Chilli, Cloves, Cardamom, cinnamon, Black Peppercorn, Salt)

Pinch of Turmeric powder

1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder

3 Cloves of Galic(Crushed)

Washed and chopped coriander leaves

1 tbsp Peanut

2tbsp Cornflour

2tbsp Powder Cornflakes

2tbsp oil

Salt as required

Water as required

Method


- First slice the bun horizontally then scoop the center of the bottom base bun slightly and keep aside

- In a pan dry roast the peanut and after cooling grind it into powder

- Mix grated boiled potato, scooped out bun granules, chopped onion, green chilli, salt, dry mango powder, roasted masala, powder peanut and turmeric, garlic, chopped coriander and combine these well.

- Make Cornflour Slurry

- Grease your hand palm, Take a portion from the potato dough and shape this into tikki.Coat this with Cornflour slurry then again coat with cornflakes powder

- Heat oil in a pan and add the tikki, fry this until golden from all sides.

- Heat up a pan, add in a tsp of butter,toast the burger buns lightly.

- Assemble the burger, first cheese, lettuce, tomato, aloo tikki, onion, crushed peppercorns, pinch of salt and cover with the top part of the bun and isert a toothpick on the center .

Burger is ready, serve with some potato chips and tomato ketchup.
